Your Data & Privacy

LeadPinger handles three kinds of data: your account and workspace, the public content your agents read, and the credentials of accounts you connect. Here is how each is treated, in product terms; the formal version lives in the Privacy Policy.

What your agents collect

Leads are built from publiccontent: posts, comments and profiles visible to anyone on the platform. LeadPinger adds its own judgment on top (grades, fit verdicts, summaries) and, when you enrich, verified business contact details. Your connected account credentials are used to act as you, at your direction, and are stored encrypted; card details never touch our servers at all, payments run entirely through Stripe's secure portal.

Who sees what, inside a workspace

The controls you hold

• Two-factor authentication: authenticator-app codes at sign-in, per account, in Settings, Account.
• Sessions: sign out everywhere else in one click if a device stops being trusted.
• The suppression list: people, companies, domains and handles LeadPinger must never contact, enforced on every send, manual or automated. Add current customers and anyone who asked not to be contacted; admins manage it in Settings, Do not contact.
• Never say: phrases and rules your company never says, checked in every draft the AI writes, in every campaign. Admins manage it in Settings, Never say; see Voice & Drafted Replies.
• The audit log (Settings, Audit log): a record of member, channel, billing and safety actions in the workspace: who invited whom, who connected or revoked a channel, who stopped all outreach and when.
• Channel revocation: admins can revoke any teammate's connected account instantly; only the person themselves can connect one, and nobody can ever send as someone else.

Our promises

• We never sell your data, and we never use one customer's data to benefit another.
• We never post, message, or act from your accounts except what you send yourself, or what a campaign sends in the mode you chose for it.
• Sending always stays inside each account's weekly allowance and your suppression list, and automated sending inside its sending hours, with no override, including by us.
• Your leads are exportable at any time, on any paid plan, and deletion is available on request. See Data Export & Deletion.
