Agent Pools & Add-ons

Your plan grants the workspace a pool of agents and keywords, shared by everyone: 1 agent and 6 keywords on Starter, 3 and 18 on Pro, 10 and 60 on Agency. Seats never change the pool; they decide how many people can work it. That split is the core of LeadPinger pricing: agents and keywords decide how many leads you find, seats decide how many people can work them.

Reading your capacity

The Agents page header shows the live picture: "{used} of {pool} agents used, shared across your workspace", with a per-person breakdown. The keyword counter inside the agent wizard shows what is left as you type. When the pool is full, the app says so at the moment you hit it, with the exact way out.

Per-member limits (optional)

By default any member can use the whole pool. Owners can set a per-person ceiling from the team list ("Bob may create 3 of the 10") so one enthusiastic teammate cannot crowd out the rest. The pool always wins: a personal limit above it is just the pool. See Inviting Teammates & Roles.

Growing the pool

• Add an agent: $49/mo adds +1 agent and +5 keywords to the shared pool, on any tier, bought in one click from Settings, Billing, or right from the wizard when you hit the cap.
• Upgrade the tier: moving Starter to Pro triples the pool and unlocks automation and enrichment at the same time. See Plans.

What happens when you shrink

Removing an agent add-on or downgrading takes effect at your next renewal, never mid-cycle. If your usage exceeds the smaller pool, LeadPinger asks you to choose what stays active; everything else is archived with its leads and history intact, and restores in one click whenever there is room.
