Pausing, Editing & Archiving

The lifecycle controls: pause and resume, edit safely, duplicate for experiments, move between teammates, archive, and delete.

Everything here lives on the Agents page: the status pill on each card, the ⋯ menu, and the bulk Actions menu when you select multiple agents.

Statuses at a glance

Status	Meaning
Active	Hunting normally.
Paused	Not hunting. Everything is kept; resume any time with one click on the pill.
Setting up	Just created; the agent is preparing its first hunt.
Limit reached	Today's capacity is fully used; hunting resumes automatically.
Error	The last hunt failed. It retries on its own; if it persists, check your connected accounts in Settings.
Archived	Set aside with its history intact, usually by a plan downgrade. Restore whenever there is room.

Pausing

Click the status pill, or select agents and use Actions. Pausing stops the hunt and any new outreach from that agent; leads already found stay in your queue and conversations in Engage continue. Pause freely: seasonal angles, vacations, or while you rework keywords.

Editing

Click an agent to open the same four-step form you created it with. Edits apply from the next launch; editing never triggers an immediate re-hunt, so you can tune keywords mid-day without burning capacity. Changing platforms, keywords or ICP affects new finds only; nothing already in your queue is rescored or removed.

Duplicating

Duplicate creates "{name} (Copy)" with the same keywords and settings, created paused so you can adjust the angle before it spends anything. This is the cheapest way to A/B two keyword sets or two ICPs against each other.

Moving between teammates

Owners can hand an agent to another member with Move to member. The new owner sees the agent and everything it finds from then on; leads it already found stay where they are.

Deleting

Heads up

Deleting removes the agent, its keywords, its watched accounts and its scan history, and cannot be undone. Leads it captured are never deleted; they stay in your Leads list. If there is any chance you will want the angle back, pause or archive instead.

Bulk actions and export

Select any number of agents for bulk Resume, Pause, Duplicate, Export CSV or Delete. The CSV includes each agent's status, platforms, matches, leads, intent and keywords, handy for a quarterly review of which angles earn their slot.
