How does the free trial work?

Your 7-day trial includes an agent, scanning on every platform, and an allowance of unlocked leads. Automation and enrichment unlock on Pro. No credit card is required to start.

Which platforms does LeadPinger monitor today?

Three platforms are live: Reddit, X, and LinkedIn. Your agents search all three by keyword, and on LinkedIn they can also watch specific companies and people (competitors, accounts, hiring, funding, job changes). Facebook is on the roadmap: we ship platforms when they're genuinely ready, not before.

What exactly counts as a lead?

Your agents scan each platform, match posts against what you sell, and surface the ones showing real buying intent as leads, each with quoted evidence from the post itself. Wider-net matches stay browsable too, so nothing useful is thrown away.

How does lead enrichment work?

Enrichment is included on Pro and Agency, no separate tier. Actionable leads are enriched automatically with verified email, phone, job title, LinkedIn profile, and company data. You get 1,000 credits a month, they refresh monthly, and we stop cleanly at your quota rather than billing surprises. On Agency those credits are pooled across your client workspaces.

What's the difference between the plans?

Three plans. Starter is $59/mo: 1 agent, 6 keywords, 1 seat, a 24-hour scan, buying-intent discovery with AI intent scoring, AI-drafted outreach sent manually, and CSV export. Pro is $149/mo: 3 agents, 18 keywords, 2 seats, a 12-hour scan, plus verified email and phone enrichment, automated outreach and workflows, integrations and CRM sync, and the Insights analyst, Watchlist, and Engage inbox. Agency is $499/mo: 10 agents, 60 keywords, 5 seats, plus 3 white-label client workspaces (extras are $49/mo each), branded PDF exports, and API access. Every plan gets all three platforms and unlimited leads.

Are agents and keywords per person, or shared?

Shared. Agents and keywords are one pool for the whole workspace, so on Agency that is 10 agents and 60 keywords, shared across your whole team, not that many each. Every agent still belongs to the person who created it and their leads stay private to them, and the owner can cap how many agents each teammate creates.

What does a seat actually get me?

A seat gives someone their own login, lead pipeline and LinkedIn account. Everything workspace-level is shared, not duplicated. That means a seat adds outreach capacity, since sending limits are per LinkedIn account, but it adds no agents or keywords. Extra seats are $59/month, flat on every plan. Agency includes 5 seats and 3 client workspaces.

Can I add more agents or seats?

Yes, on any paid plan. Add them in-app from Settings → Billing. Each extra agent is $49/mo and puts 1 more agent and 5 more keywords into your workspace pool. Each extra seat is $59/mo and invites one more teammate (the owner is billed). Agency workspaces can add client workspaces at $49/mo, up to 10 in total. No plan change required, and you can remove add-ons anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from billing settings. If you cancel, access stays active through the end of your billing cycle.
