Privacy Policy

LeadPinger is operated by Jad Eid, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is also the person in charge of the protection of personal information under Quebec privacy law, and can be reached at support@leadpinger.ai.

Account data: your name, email, and workspace settings, provided when you sign up. If you sign up with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile photo with us; we never see your Google password.

Business context you give us: product descriptions, target-audience details, keywords, and watchlist entries. This is used solely to configure scanning and classification for your workspace.

Connected accounts: when you connect a social account for sending, we store the authorization tokens needed to act on your behalf through official APIs. We never store your social passwords.

Usage and diagnostics: scan counts, feature usage, and error and diagnostic logs needed to operate, secure, and bill the service.

Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cookies: we use cookies only to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers.

Leads surfaced by LeadPinger come from publicly posted content and publicly available professional data, accessed through official platform APIs and licensed data providers. Where a customer requests enrichment, business contact details may be added from professional data sources. We do not access private messages, private groups, or content behind logins that the customer has not connected themselves.

We process lead data inside a customer's workspace on that customer's behalf, to surface people who match the criteria the customer configured. The customer decides what to do with a lead and is responsible for their outreach complying with the laws that apply to them (for example GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM) and with the platforms they contact people on.

If you are an individual who appeared in a LeadPinger customer's workspace and want your data removed, contact us at support@leadpinger.ai. We will remove it and take reasonable steps to prevent it from being re-collected.

To run your scans, match signals, enrich leads, and draft outreach: the service you are paying for. Your business context is included in AI classification and drafting calls so results are judged against your ideal customer profile. We do not use your data to train models.

To bill, support, and secure the service, and to send the transactional and product emails you control from your notification settings.

We never sell personal data, leads, or your configuration to anyone.

We rely on a small set of providers to operate, each receiving only the data its function requires: cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), background job processing (Trigger.dev), AI model providers for classification and drafting, official platform API providers for the social platforms you connect, licensed public web data providers for discovering publicly posted content (such as Apify), contact enrichment providers (such as FullEnrich), transactional email delivery (Resend), error monitoring (Sentry), and payment processing (Stripe).

Beyond these providers, we disclose personal data only if the law requires it, or as part of a transfer of the business (such as incorporation or an acquisition), in which case this policy continues to apply to the transferred data.

Our providers process data in Canada, the United States, and the European Union. Wherever it is processed, it is protected by the safeguards in this policy and in our agreements with those providers.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, workspace data (agents, signals, leads, conversations, watchlists) is deleted within 30 days, and leaves backups on their rotation schedule, excluding records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspace data is isolated with row-level security, so one customer can never query another's rows. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Account and workspace data is largely self-serve in the product; for anything else, email support@leadpinger.ai and we will act on it promptly, whatever your location.

If you are unsatisfied with our answer, you can complain to your privacy regulator: in Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information; elsewhere in Canada, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner; in the EU or UK, your local data protection authority.

LeadPinger is a business tool for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We update this policy as the product evolves; the date at the top always reflects the current version, and material changes are announced by email or in the product before they take effect.
