Account data: your name, email, and workspace settings, provided when you sign up.

Business context you give us: product descriptions, target-audience details, keywords, and watchlist entries. This is used solely to configure scanning and classification for your workspace.

Usage data: scan counts, feature usage, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and bill the service.

Public content: posts and profiles that are publicly available on the platforms you configure. We do not access private messages, private groups, or content behind logins.

To run your scans, match signals, and enrich leads: the service you're paying for.

Your business context is included in AI classification calls so signals are judged against your ideal customer profile. We do not use your data to train models.

We never sell your data, your leads, or your configuration to anyone.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to operate: cloud hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), background job processing (Trigger.dev), public-web scraping providers (e.g., Apify), AI model providers for classification, contact enrichment (FullEnrich), and payment processing. Each receives only the data required for its function.

Leads surfaced by LeadPinger come from publicly posted content and publicly available professional data. You are responsible for using lead data in compliance with the laws that apply to your outreach (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and the terms of the platforms you contact people on.

If you are an individual who appeared in a LeadPinger customer's workspace and want your data removed, contact us at support@leadpinger.com and we will process the request.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, workspace data (agents, signals, leads, watchlists) is deleted within 30 days, excluding records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Workspace data is isolated with row-level security, so one customer can never query another's rows. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.
