Changelog

What shipped, and what it changes for you. Real releases only: if it is not live in the product, it is not on this page.

Feature

Documentation worth reading

Fifty-two guides covering every surface in the product, with search that finds the right page from a keystroke and screenshots taken from the real app. Written the way we would explain it in a demo, including the honest parts about what happens to your data and what automated outreach does to your LinkedIn account.

Feature

Support tickets that keep the thread

Open a ticket in the app and it lands in your inbox. Reply to that email and it files straight back into the same ticket, so you never have to go looking for a portal.

  • Statuses that mean what they say: open, in progress, awaiting your reply, resolved, closed.
  • Your workspace and plan details ride along automatically, so you never have to explain your setup.
  • Confirmations restate your request back to you, along with when to expect an answer.
  • You can email support@leadpinger.ai directly, with or without an account.
Feature

Email that tells you what actually happened

Everything that matters now reaches you outside the app: a channel that needs reconnecting, a payment that failed, a trial about to end, an invite waiting on you, and a weekly digest of what your agents found.

  • Every message is turn-off-able from Settings, except the ones about your account and your money.
  • Nothing is sent on a schedule that would wake you up.
Improvement

Downgrading never deletes your work

Moving to a smaller plan used to mean choosing what to lose. Now the extras are archived rather than removed, you pick what stays active, and everything else is waiting untouched if you come back up.

Improvement

Confirm your email before the first launch

New accounts confirm their address before agents start working. It takes one click, it keeps someone else's typo from becoming your workspace, and every message we send you from that point is properly signed.

Fix

Billing and keyword fixes

Two that were quietly costing people leads.

  • A card that fails once no longer pauses your workspace while the retry is still pending. Your agents keep working through the grace period, as they always should have.
  • Suggested keywords no longer come back as fragments with the verb missing, so what we propose is something a person would actually type.
Feature

A first ten minutes that builds something

Signing up no longer means filling in a form and then wondering what to do. The flow is the creation of your first agent: give us your website, confirm what we found about your business, choose where to hunt, and watch it launch.

  • Your company's own icon becomes your agent's icon, so the app looks like yours from the first screen.
  • LinkedIn connects in place, without leaving what you were doing.
  • If you connect Sales Navigator we say so plainly and show what it unlocks. If you are on a plain account, the upgrade path is one click and we tell you what you gain.
  • The progress you make is remembered, and it can never regress on a bad connection.
Improvement

The whole app reads as one product

A pass over every shared surface: signing in, waiting, loading, and asking for help. One loader instead of five, a real welcome between sign-in and your dashboard, and a help panel that slides in from wherever you are rather than throwing you to another page.

Feature

The leads queue, rebuilt around the work

Leads open in a panel beside the list instead of a modal on top of it, so you keep your place while you read. The panel holds the person, the evidence that earned them a spot, their fit, and the outreach, each in its own tab.

  • Act on many at once: approve, dismiss or export a whole selection.
  • Email the lead straight from the panel header once the address is found.
  • Scroll the page and the panel gets out of your way.
Improvement

Stricter about what counts as a lead

Leads now hold to a single standard: would a thoughtful person actually reply to this. Fewer near misses reach your queue, and the ones that do arrive carrying the quote that earned them the spot, so you can disagree with us in one glance.

Improvement

One word for how good a lead is

There used to be several numbers competing to tell you the same thing, and they did not always agree. Now every lead is simply High, Medium or Low priority, everywhere it appears, and you can sort and filter on it.

Feature

A seat is a person, not a licence

Every teammate connects their own accounts, works their own queue, and sends as themselves. Nobody can ever send from someone else's profile, which is the only version of team outreach that is safe to offer.

Improvement

Capacity belongs to the workspace

Agents and keywords are one shared pool your whole team draws from, with per-member limits you set, so a new teammate never means renegotiating the plan. Adding a seat adds a person who can send, not a second bill for the same capacity.

Feature

Outreach on every channel you connect

Direct messages on X, replies and comments where they belong, and a conversation view that tells you where each relationship actually stands rather than only what you sent.

  • Manual sends go out immediately instead of waiting their turn in a queue.
  • Someone you are already connected to is recognised as such, so you never send a request to an existing contact.
  • Every draft is written in your register, not in generic sales voice.
Improvement

Every connected account in one place

Channels is now a single page: what is connected, what is sending, what needs attention, and the outreach settings that govern all of it. No more hunting through settings to find out why nothing went out.

Feature

A seven day trial with no card

Start without a payment method and see real leads from your own market before you decide anything. Leads unlock as the trial runs, oldest first, and nothing you have already unlocked ever locks again.

Feature

Build the follow-up once, then let it run

A visual builder for what happens after a lead arrives: connect, wait, message, branch on whether they replied. You approve what goes out, or let it run on its own once you trust it.

Something here you want to ask about? Email support@leadpinger.ai, we usually reply within one business day.
