Built like infrastructure, not a feed
Three ways to acquire signals. One AI pipeline that has to show its work. Enrichment that respects budgets. Telemetry that admits failure. This page is the long version of how LeadPinger actually operates.
Acquisition
Three modes, because buyers surface three ways
Some buyers ask in public. Some signal through events at companies you already know. Some are findable in bulk. Each mode is purpose-built, and everything downstream is shared.
Keyword search
Capture people publicly asking for what you sell. You define the phrases ("best CRM for a small team", "alternative to X") with negative keywords, engagement minimums, and post-age limits per agent. Scans run on a per-keyword cadence that adapts to how often each keyword actually produces signals.
See platformsEntity watching
Name who matters (competitors, target accounts, individual prospects) and LeadPinger turns their public activity into timed events: posts, the people engaging with those posts, hiring spikes for roles your buyers hold, funding news, and job changes. Each event carries its relationship context into classification.

A three-stage pipeline that has to show its work
One model deciding what's a lead is a coin flip with extra steps. LeadPinger runs three: a gate, a scorer, and a skeptical verifier, and the scorer must quote its evidence.
Stage 1 · Gate
Is this post about your product space at all?
A fast model with one job: kill off-topic noise before it costs you attention. It judges topic only: high recall by design, so real leads don't die at the door.
Stage 2 · Scorer
Who is this, what do they need, how urgently?
Assigns the tier (not relevant, monitor, act, act now) plus a 1-10 score, pain summary, urgency signals, competitor mentions, and an outreach angle. It must quote the exact lines that prove intent: a classification without evidence is automatically downgraded.
Stage 3 · Verifier
Does this actionable call actually hold up?
A second, stronger model re-checks every act and act-now classification. It can only confirm or downgrade, never inflate, and it needs a concretely failed check to overrule the scorer.
Evidence is mandatory, not optional
Every actionable lead shows the exact quotes from the post that justified its tier, right in the lead detail, next to the contact info. If the model can't point to the words, the lead doesn't exist. That single rule is why you can trust the queue.
Not relevant
Filtered out. Never shown.
Monitor
Warm. In your feed, not your queue.
Act
Real intent with evidence. Enriched.
Act now
Urgent + explicit. Top of the queue.
Enrichment & Outreach
From signal to reply-ready
A lead isn't useful until you can reach the person and say something relevant. Both halves are built in.
Automatic enrichment, quota-gated
Actionable-tier leads are enriched automatically: verified email, job title, company, domain, location, LinkedIn profile. Enrichment respects your monthly quota and stops cleanly when it's spent: no surprise overage, no silent failure.
Openers grounded in the post
The outreach angle is written from the evidence: the angle references what the person actually said, not a template with their first name dropped in. You edit, approve, and send; nothing goes out without you.
Reply-in-thread queue
For Reddit signals, LeadPinger drafts a comment that genuinely answers the thread. A review queue holds every draft for your approval, with edit and regenerate, because being helpful in public is the only outreach that works there.
Operations
Telemetry that tells the truth
A '24/7 monitoring' product is only as trustworthy as its failure reporting. LeadPinger is engineered so silent failure is structurally impossible, and the dashboard proves it.
A scan ledger with no gaps
Every scan run writes exactly one ledger entry on every exit path (success, partial, failed, or skipped) with the error message and duration. If a provider breaks at 3am, you see it in the morning, labeled, not hidden behind a green checkmark.
Self-healing health monitor
A monitor checks every platform's last successful scan against its expected cadence, re-triggers overdue scans automatically, and notifies you when something stays down.
Next-scan countdowns
The dashboard shows when each platform scans next, down to the second, computed from the same scheduler state that runs the scans, not a decorative timer.
Hard budget guarantees
Daily signal limits and monthly enrichment quotas are enforced atomically in the pipeline itself. When a budget is spent, scanning and enrichment stop, so your invoice can't run away while you sleep.
Capabilities
Everything you need to turn public buying signals into pipeline.
Always-on monitoring, two ways
Keyword search captures people publicly asking for what you sell on Reddit and X. Entity watching tracks named companies and people on LinkedIn. Both run on a fixed cadence, around the clock. No tab-refreshing, no saved searches.
Buying intent, verified
Every post is checked against what you sell, and every actionable call is double-checked before it reaches you. Only real buying intent gets through.
Outreach angles with receipts
Every opener references the exact pain point quoted from the post that surfaced the lead. No generic templates, no guessing.
Grounded in their post
“You mentioned the per-seat pricing was what broke the deal. Here's how we price by usage instead…”
Lead enrichment
Verified emails, job titles, LinkedIn profiles, and company data, applied automatically to actionable leads and gated by your plan's quota.
Competitor & account watchlists
Watch competitors, target accounts, and named prospects on LinkedIn. LeadPinger detects their posts, who engages with them, hiring spikes, funding rounds, and job changes: each one a timed reason to reach out.
Telemetry that tells the truth
Every scan writes a ledger entry, including the failures. Last-scan times, next-scan countdowns, and per-platform health are always visible, so you never wonder whether the system is actually running.
Stop guessing who to reach out to.
Start with the people already asking for what you sell.
