Exporting

Your leads are yours. Take them out as CSV, Excel or PDF, send them by email, or stream them into Google Sheets, filtered exactly as you see them.

Export in the queue toolbar exports whatever your current filters show, or just the rows you selected. Single leads export from their ⋯ menu.

Formats and destinations

ChoiceBest for
CSVCRMs and imports; the universal format.
ExcelA formatted spreadsheet for humans.
PDFA clean, readable report for a client or an exec.
DownloadStraight to your device.
Email as attachmentUp to 5 recipients, useful for a weekly handoff.
Google SheetsAppends into a connected sheet; the live-handoff option.

What the columns include

Exports carry the full picture per platform: identity and profile facts (LinkedIn adds name, company, title, industry, size, and the verified email when enriched), the grading, the signal category and summary, the source post URL and date, which agent and keyword found them, status, owner and capture time. What you see in the app is what leaves the app.

Availability

  • Exporting is included on every paid plan, from Starter up.
  • On Agency, PDF exports can carry your own logo and name instead of LeadPinger's: white-label reporting for client workspaces. See Client Workspaces.
  • For continuous rather than one-off delivery, connect a CRM or a webhook instead: Integrations pushes leads as they qualify.
Note
Suppressed contacts are excluded from outreach, not from exports; your do-not-contact list is about sending, and exports are your data. Handle them downstream accordingly.
