Inviting Teammates & Roles
Seats, invites, and the three roles: how a team shares one workspace without stepping on each other.
A LeadPinger workspace is built for teams from the first seat: capacity is shared, visibility is role-based, and every person sends from their own connected accounts. Team management lives in Settings, under Members.
Inviting someone
- 1With a free seat, enter their email, pick a role, and Send invite. They get an email link; you can also copy the link and share it yourself.
- 2They accept (signing in if they already have a LeadPinger account, or creating one) and land straight in your workspace's dashboard. Nothing is created for them: you decide whether they build agents or just work the leads and outreach.
- 3No free seat? The invite flow offers to add one ($59/mo, every tier) and sends the invitation the moment payment goes through.
Pending invites are listed with expiry, and can be resent, revoked, or copied. Invites count against seats, so a pending invite holds its chair.
The three roles
| Role | Sees | Can |
|---|---|---|
| Owner | Everything | Everything: billing, plan changes, renaming, launch schedule, moving agents, roles. One per workspace. It can be handed to an admin from Settings, General: they accept it, and on a paid plan add their own card first, so billing moves with it. |
| Admin | The whole workspace and every member's leads | Manage the team, channels, the do-not-contact and Never say lists, and the emergency stop. No billing. |
| Member | Their own agents and their own leads | Work their pipeline: create agents within their limit, grade, send outreach from their own accounts. |
Per-member agent limits
The shared pool means one person coulduse everything. Owners can cap any member from the edit button on their row: "Unrestricted", or a number. The pool always wins over a higher personal limit. The roster shows each person's usage against their allowance at a glance.
Removing someone
On Members, open the ⋯ menu on someone's row and choose Remove from workspace. It frees the seat immediately and keeps their agents and leads in the workspace; nothing they built leaves with them, and you can re-invite them anytime. Owners can also hand their agents to someone else first with Move to member.
Leaving a workspace
Anyone but the owner can leave: open the ⋯ menu on your own row on Members and choose Leave workspace. Your seat frees up, what you created stays with the workspace, and your connected accounts stop sending for it. Coming back takes a new invite, and your own workspace is not affected. The owner hands ownership to an admin first, from Settings, General.
