Add-ons
Three flat-priced building blocks, identical on every tier: an extra agent, an extra seat, an extra client workspace.
Plans set your base; add-ons let you grow one dimension at a time without changing tiers. All three are monthly, flat-priced on every plan, prorated on the day you add them, and removable at any renewal.

Which one you actually need
- "We need more leads": an agent. It is the only add-on that raises finding capacity, and it brings its own keywords with it.
- "We need another person on this": a seat. Their sending runs from their own accounts, which also raises how much your team can safely send in total.
- "We signed another client": a client workspace. Never mix a second client into your own workspace; separation is the feature.
Buying and removing
Owners buy add-ons from Settings, under Billing, or inline at the moment of need: the agent wizard offers the agent add-on when the pool is full, the invite flow offers a seat when seats are. The confirm modal always shows the full math before you commit: your plan today, what you are adding, the prorated charge today, and the new monthly total.
Removing works on the same rule as every downgrade: the add-on stays active until your next billing period, then drops, and your invoice shrinks accordingly. You can never remove below what is in use: active members hold their seats, and shrinking the agent pool below your agent count asks you to archive first.
