Rejection Patterns

Your not-a-fit reasons, aggregated into a diagnosis: what kind of miss dominates, and which lever fixes it.

Every time you reject a lead with a reason, that reason goes to work twice: it calibrates future grading immediately, and it accumulates into a pattern the Insights page and the Analyst read back to you. The pattern is the diagnosis; each reason maps to a different lever.

Not my customerSignal is real, people are wrong.Your ICP: tighten titles, sizes, industries, or exclude service providers.
Not relevantThe posts aren't about your problem space.A keyword is matching a neighboring topic. Find it in keyword performance and replace it, or add a negative keyword.
No real intentOn topic, but nobody is buying.Intent types: turn off the exploratory ones and keep solution-seeking, alternatives and comparison.
Bad timingRight person, wrong week. Not a targeting problem. Set the lead's status to Watching and let the Watchlist catch their next timing signal.
Can't reach themGood lead, no channel.Connect the missing channel, or lean on enrichment for an email path.

Where to see it

The lead-quality section of Insights carries your acceptance rate and its trend, and the Analyst answers the direct question: "What are my most common rejection reasons, and what should I change?" Ask it after every 20 or so grades; that cadence keeps tuning honest without turning it into a hobby.

Note
An acceptance rate that is too high is also information: if you never reject anything, the system cannot learn your edges, and your agents are probably being conservative. Healthy workspaces reject a real fraction of what arrives and tell it why.
