Notifications & Preferences
Nine events, two channels each, all per-person. The recommended setup: interrupt for money, batch the rest.
Settings, under Notifications, is a matrix: each event, toggled independently for in-app (your notification bell) and email. Preferences are personal; every teammate sets their own.
The events
| Event | Fires when |
|---|---|
| Hot lead found | A strong lead arrives on any agent. |
| Reply received | Someone replies to your outreach or accepts your connection request. |
| Agent problems | An agent's launches start failing or it stops producing. |
| Watchlist signal | A watched account has hot hiring, funding, or a job change. |
| Account health | One of your connected accounts needs a reconnect, paused to protect itself, resumed, or moved on the warm-up ladder. |
| Team changes | Invites accepted, members added or removed, roles changed. |
| Billing | Payment issues, plan changes and renewals. |
| Weekly digest | Once a week: your numbers and best leads, by email. See The Weekly Digest. |
| Product updates & tips | New features, milestones, and reminders when leads are waiting. |
A setup that works
- Interrupt-worthy (email on): replies, connection lost, billing. These are the three where hours matter and you might not be in the app.
- Glance-worthy (in-app only): hot leads and watchlist signals, if you are in the app daily. Working across a team channel instead? Route hot leads and replies into Slack, Discord or Teams via integrations and let the room triage.
- Batch: the weekly digest on for whoever owns the numbers, off for everyone who would just archive it.
Note
Account health deserves its email default: a disconnected or paused account quietly stops sending until you act, and the sooner you know, the less pipeline sits idle. Reconnecting takes a minute from Settings, Channels.
