Changing Plans & Proration

Change plan in Settings, Billing opens the tier picker with a live preview: before you confirm anything, you see the new monthly total, and for upgrades the exact prorated amount due today. No surprise line items, ever.

Upgrading

Upgrades apply immediately: the bigger pool, the unlocked features, all of it, the moment you confirm. You pay only for the days left in your current cycle, prorated, and the full new price starts at renewal.

Downgrading

Downgrades are free and scheduled: you keep everything you paid for until your renewal date, and the new plan starts then. The billing page shows the scheduled change until it lands, and you can cancel it any time before.

When you're using more than the smaller plan holds

If your agents or keywords exceed the target tier's pool, the change-plan flow adds one step: choose what stays active.You pick the agents and keywords to keep, with each agent's 30-day leads and matches beside it so the choice is informed, and a Use my best performers shortcut if you would rather not choose by hand. High-performing keywords from archiving agents can move onto a kept agent.

Everything you do not keep is archived at renewal, never deleted: leads and history intact, restorable in one click whenever there is room again. Downgrading is reversible by construction.
