Client Workspaces (Agency)

On Agency, your workspace can spawn client workspaces: fully separate environments, one per client, each with its own agents, keywords, leads, conversations and connected accounts. 3 are included, more can be added for $49/mo each, up to 10 in total.

What a client workspace is

• Separate by construction.Client A's leads, messages and history are invisible from client B's workspace. Your team switches between them from the workspace menu in the sidebar.
• Full capability, Starter-sized capacity. Each client workspace runs everything Pro can (automation, Engage, Insights, Watchlist, integrations) with its own envelope of 1 agent and 6keywords, and its own LinkedIn connection, so outreach genuinely comes from the client's presence, not yours.
• Billed on your agency plan. Client workspaces have no subscription of their own. Add-ons are bought once, on the agency workspace, and enrichment credits pool at the agency level, spendable on any client.

Creating and managing

1. 1In the sidebar workspace switcher, click New client workspace, name it, and optionally set the brand name it presents.
2. 2Switch into it and set it up like any workspace: connect the client's LinkedIn, create its agent, tune its keywords and ICP.
3. 3Control which teammates can enter each client from the member edit modal: access is per-client, so contractors see only their accounts.

White-label reporting

PDF exportsfrom a client workspace carry your brand, logo and name instead of LeadPinger's. The weekly rhythm many agencies land on: work leads all week, export the branded PDF for the client call.

Retiring a client

Removing a client-workspace add-on takes effect at renewal, like every removal. Delete the workspace itself first if the engagement is over; its slot then frees up for the next client. Seats are counted per person across the whole family, so moving your team between clients costs nothing.
