Data Export & Deletion

Leaving with your data, or erasing it: what you can take yourself, what we delete on request, and what has to be kept.

Your workspace's data is yours. That principle has two halves: portability, which is self-serve, and deletion, which is one email away.

Taking your data (self-serve)

  • Leads: export any filtered view or your whole queue as CSV or Excel, with every column LeadPinger holds: identity, grades, evidence summaries, enriched contacts, sources, statuses and timestamps.
  • Continuous copies: Google Sheets, webhook and CRM integrations stream leads out as they arrive or qualify, so an always-current external copy is a one-time setup.
  • Do not contact: exportable as CSV from its settings page, so your do-not-contact list follows you.
  • Agents: the agents table exports your configuration summary (keywords, platforms, performance) as CSV.

Deletion on request

Mail support@leadpinger.aifrom the workspace owner's address, or open a ticket from Support in the app, asking for workspace deletion. We verify it is really you, confirm the scope with you (a workspace, or your entire account), and then erase: leads, conversations, agents, connected-account credentials, team data, the lot. Deletion is permanent; export first, because there is no undo to offer you afterwards.

What has to be kept

Two categories survive a deletion request, because law and bookkeeping require them: billing records (invoices, payment history) for tax and accounting retention periods, and the minimal records needed to honor the deletion itself. Nothing in either category is used for anything else.

A note on other people's data

Leads are people, and some of them have rights over their data wherever you operate. LeadPinger's side of that: suppression is enforced on every send, and deleting a lead removes it from your workspace. Your side: honor removal requests you receive, and put the requester on your suppression list so no future agent brings them back.

Note
The formal commitments, retention periods and processor list live in the Privacy Policy; this page is the working summary, and if the two ever disagree, the policy wins.
