Agent Health

How to tell a healthy agent from a struggling one, what each warning means, and the repair sequence that fixes most of them.

Agents report their own condition. The Needs attention pill on the Agents page collects every flagged agent with a reason and a fix, and the Insights agent console ranks the roster by health. None of the warnings are alarms; each is a specific, repairable state.

WarningWhat it meansThe fix
A platform is quietNot many people discuss your keywords on that platform.Open the agent: replacement keywords are prepared, written the way a customer would talk. Apply the good ones.
Matches but no leadsThe topic is right, but nothing scored as real buyer intent. Keywords are close but conversational intent is missing. Tune toward problem-language; check intent types aren't over-restricted.
Last scan failedThe most recent hunt errored; it retries automatically. If it persists, check your connected accounts in Settings, Channels.
Daily budget usedToday's capacity is spent; hunting resumes automatically.Nothing to fix; consistent hits mean your keywords are broad, consider sharpening.

The metrics that matter per agent

  • Leads, obviously, but over a fair window: 30 days, not 3.
  • Intent rate: of everything this agent matched, how much showed real signal. A low rate with high matches means broad keywords; a high rate with few matches means sharp keywords in a small pond, which might be fine.
  • Keyword spread: expand the card. One keyword producing everything means the others are dead weight; replace them, don't keep them for luck.

The repair sequence

When an agent underperforms, change one thing at a time, in this order: keywords first (highest leverage, fastest feedback), then intent types and filters, then the ICP, then the platform mix. Give each change a few days of evidence before the next. Duplicating the agent and testing the change side by side is the clean experiment; see Pausing, Editing & Archiving.

Note
The Agent problemsnotification (Settings, Notifications) pings you when an agent's launches start failing or it stops producing, so a struggling agent never waits for your next login to be noticed.
