What a Seat Includes

LeadPinger's pricing has one load-bearing idea: agents and keywords decide how many leads you find; seats decide how many people can work them. A seat is a person, priced flat at $59/mo on every tier, and plans include 1 seat on Starter, 2 on Pro and 5 on Agency, counting the owner.

What a seat adds

• A login of their own, with their role and their notification preferences.
• A private pipeline: members see their own agents and leads; the workspace view belongs to admins and the owner.
• Their own sending identity: their LinkedIn, Reddit and X connections, sending as them, each account on its own warm-up ladder. This is the quiet superpower: platforms count limits per account, so every added seat adds its own allowance to what your team can safely send.

What a seat deliberately does not add

No agents, no keywords. Capacity is one shared workspace pool, and a seat is access to it. This is what keeps team pricing predictable: growing the team and growing the finding capacity are two separate, independent decisions, each a $59 or $49 line item you control from Settings, Billing.

Seats and finding, one more distinction

Seats multiply sending. Sales Navigator multiplies finding: your team needs at least one Sales Navigator account for LinkedIn people search, not one per person, and its holder can share it with teammates' agents. See Connecting LinkedIn.

Adding and removing seats

• Add from Settings, Billing (or inline while inviting): prorated today, the full price from next renewal.
• Remove any extra seat and it stays available until your next billing period, then drops; you can never go below your active member count.
• If a seat is removed while someone holds it, that person's access pauses with a clear message, and their work stays in the workspace.
